A Message from Whit: Important Announcement/Update April 15th, 2025

Hey, y’all!

As many of you know, with growth—whether in business or life—comes change. And if I’m being honest, I don’t love change. But over the past few weeks, I’ve been working hard to streamline things and get more organized so I can serve you better. I wanted to give y’all a quick update on where we’re at and what’s new:

📌 PREPAYMENT POLICY

From now on (as many of you already know), no order will be started, designed, or processed without full payment upfront.
The only exception: bulk or business orders over $500. In that case, we can do 50% up front and the rest upon completion.

📞 OFFICIAL BUSINESS LINE

We now have a dedicated business phone number: 334-618-4474
Both of us have access to it, and it helps us stay organized—especially for orders outside of Facebook.
We will no longer accept orders via personal phones, texts, or Facebook messages to our private accounts. This ensures we don’t miss anyone and you get the best, fastest service possible.

🌐 ONLINE EXPERIENCE

We’re working on revamping the website, Facebook, and how we reach y’all!
Facebook no longer shows all of our content and doesn’t allow albums like it used to, so if you want to stay in the loop:
➡️ Like, comment, and share our posts so we stay visible in your feed!

🏪 STOREFRONT UPDATES

We’re also refreshing our storefront to make browsing easier and more enjoyable. We’ll be showcasing more of what we offer, and we can’t wait for you to stop by!

🕒 BUSINESS HOURS

We are open: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
(Though I’m often there beyond those hours and work from home most afternoons.)

📦 ORDER PICK-UP

Pick-up times are Monday–Sunday | 7 AM – 7 PM
Daily pick-up posts will be shared. Please be respectful when going through boxes—keep them neat for others.
Picking up for someone else? Make sure you’re only grabbing the correct items!

📬 SHIPPING

Need something shipped? Let us know in advance so we can get it out quickly. Be sure to PM us your current shipping address.

🎨 DESIGN FEE

Custom design work now requires a 20% design fee upfront.
This goes toward your final order total if you move forward with us.
Due to time spent creating and customizing, we can’t offer this work for free anymore—thanks for understanding!

⏱️ RUSH ORDERS

Any order that is needed last-minute/rush order placed will incur a 25% rush fee effective April 15th, 2025.

⚙️ EQUIPMENT + DELAYS

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly—laser cutters, printers, heat presses, embroidery machines, you name it—but sometimes things go sideways!
We’ve invested in high-end equipment, and we troubleshoot in-house when we can. Still, delays may occasionally happen due to tech issues, part replacements, or weather impacts.
We’ll always keep you informed and work hard to get you taken care of—thank you for your patience!

📲 BEST WAY TO REACH US

Facebook Business Messenger is still the easiest and fastest way to reach us.
But with the new phone line, there are more ways to stay in touch, and we appreciate your support no matter how you reach out.
